Step by step

Open the section
In the left menu click "Links". The heading is "Link shortener", the subtitle "Link shortening via clck.ru (Yandex)". An active subscription is required.

Paste the long URL
In the "Shorten link" card paste the address into the "Paste a long link..." field. Without https:// the system adds it for you. While the field is empty, "Shorten" is disabled.

Click "Shorten"
Or press Enter. A loading icon appears on the button (up to 10 seconds). On success — "Link shortened", and the field clears.

Find the result in "History"
The "History (N)" block: "Short link" (clickable), "Original" (full text on hover), "Created".

Copy it
The "Copy" icon → a "Copied" notification. Paste it into the campaign's "Message template".

Test the link
The "Open" icon or a click on the short link opens it in a new tab. Do this before you start the campaign.

Clearing
The "Clear" button in the "History" block removes every row from the screen; the links themselves keep working in clck.ru.
Fields and settings
- Paste a long link...
- The only input field. Without http:// or https://, https:// is added.
- Shorten
- Sends the link to clck.ru. Disabled when the field is empty. Enter does the same.
- History (N)
- Links shortened in this tab. It disappears when you refresh the page.
- Short link / Original / Created
- The result, the source address and the time (dd.mm.yyyy hh:mm).
- Copy / Open / Clear
- Copy to clipboard, open in a new tab, clear the whole table.
Tips
- Right after shortening, click "Open" and check that the link works — a short link cannot be edited.
- For stats, add UTM tags to the long URL before shortening and watch the clicks in your own analytics.
- Links are not stored on the server — copy the list before you close the page.
- For Telegram channels and bots a direct t.me link is often better.
Gotchas and common mistakes
- There is no click tracking.
- History is kept only until you refresh the page; "Clear" cannot be undone.
- You cannot set your own domain, alias, password or expiry.
- There is no bulk shortening and no way to delete a single row.
- "Shortening service error" / "Could not shorten the link" — clck.ru did not answer; try again later.
- Without an active subscription shortening does not run.
- clck.ru may reject short links to suspicious resources, and Telegram may flag the message as spam.
